At 305 Vitalabs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of nutraceutical products, we have the following refund policy in place.

All Sales Are Final

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for dietary supplements once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To request a replacement or review, contact us at info@305vitalabs.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom & Private-Label Orders

  • Custom, private-label, bulk, and made-to-order products are non-refundable once production has started.

  • Order cancellations are not permitted after production begins.
